Oye Vey!!! My Poor DH tried to go around a guy who was veering off the road on northern state and ended up into a puddle...and flooded it out He's sitting there waiting for a tow truck....he could be there all day
this weather is worse then a snow storm.....
We needed an excuse to get a new car

Yikes. There was a lot of water on the road today. FH, who is a bus driver, wouldn't take the bus thru a huge puddle on the LIE. A car was stuck with water up to the door handle. He just sat there with his passengers for 1/2 hour until the water went down enough to take the bus thru.

I just drove fromSmithtown to Huntington and there are cars all over the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cops, LIPA and ambulances are all over the place. There are power lines down all over. Please everyone drive carefully, stay in if you have to this is a bad storm, the island is flooded in most places. The job I'm on now is a flooded manhole! Hope your FH gets outta there soon, he can wait abit and try to start it again, he probably got water in his tailpipe, if it dries out it will start..
