I know a lot of places in the diamond district are not open on Saturdays but what about Sundays? Is it worth it to go on a sunday or is it better to go go during the week?
Also there are just so many places. Does anyone have any recommendation of places they have had good experiences? Any help would be appreciated :)

We got our rings at Hanken Jewelers in the diamond district.

It's best to go during the week. Remember that not only are the majority of the vendors closed due to religious reasons on Saturday/early Friday, but the main reason for the 'district' is diamond trading/importing, etc, so normal biz hours apply. Not all are open on Sundays. The best bet is Monday - Thursday before 6pm.

FH used the same jeweler. I plan to get his wedding band there as well.
