Did anybody watch Alias?

Did anybody watch Alias?

I only saw bits and pieces of it. What happened in the very beginning? Did Sydney find out what was behind that door? And why is Lazaray still alive? Sydney didn't kill him? Why was Lindsey shot instead of Sydney?

Behind Door 47 was Will in her kitchen staring back at her. She sees a box of cereal that says St. Adians. She goes to Will (which doesn’t believe it’s her and pulls a gun on her) He says St Adians was his contact back in the day. So they contact ‘him’ and find out it’s Lazaray. Remember a few episodes back, Sydney and her father wondered if the death wasn’t a staged fraud. Laraaray doesn’t believe Will so Will uses Syndey’s code name Julia Thorn. Just as Lazaray turns around he’s shot with a tranquilzer by his son no less, Sark. No one knew Syndey was there watching over Will. Sark tries to shoot Will but Syndey rescues him (as always).

If you missed the whole thing I can give you a run down. heh

Ok, just in case you missed it or if anyone else did.. here’s the quickie version.

So, Sloan was supposed to have Sydney killed, remember? So he hires a hitman. The conversation was “a government tareget”. Heh. (I knew then) Sydney overheard Lazaray saying something about “they have it?” She figures she hid something. So she tries to figure out where she could have hid it. The figures in a hotel safety deposit box. Her and will go to this hotel place. She breaks into their system and sees Julia thorn has a box there. So off she goes. She breaks in, but just as she goes to grab a small box, Sark uses a magnet to get it from her grasp. Sark found out about it by torturing his father for the information. Chase insues. Syndey kicks Sarks butt. Will kills that black chic double (Who I think can’t be killed).

They go back to CIA for the ‘trade’ I missed a bit here but it seems the covenant supposed to have given up Sydney for the Rindaldi device in a crate. Although we know Sloan was lying cause that’s the game Jack Bristow had set up to get Sydney back. CIA gives a box (later we find out it has nothing in it but weight). Sydney gets out of her car and walks towards that head CIA dweeb.

Remember he wants here dead and has something over Sloan to make sure it’s done that way. Paid $500K to buy hitman through Sloan’s contacts. The government target wasn’t Sydney it was the CIA idiot. Sydney sees the red dot sighter and knows it’s probably Sloan who got him killed. She doesn’t know the reasoning though and of course won’t listen. When she finds that the Rindaldi box is a fake she is now suspicious of Sloan (like she wasn’t before?).

They go back to headquarters and find that the box that Sydney recovered has a small vial with living flesh. On the side of the box it says Milo Rindaldi. (makes me wonder if it’s not his flesh and Rindaldi found a way to preserve the body, hence immortality or the clones).

Ok.. other tidbits:
Syndey sleeps with Will Whoohooo romp
Jack Bristow and Michael Vaughan get arrested by CIA (Jack hit the CIA dweeb) which was probably going to happen no matter WHAT they did, cause that slimy guy didn’t believe them.
Jack Bristow tells Michael Vaughan to hurt Sydney’s feelings stop being so nice to her cause it only hurts her more.
Dixon gets his job back.

I missed the scenes for the next episode.

Cool - thanks for the rundown. I was so mad that I missed all the good parts! I'm glad that CIA guy is gone - what a dork. And I don't think Allison can be killed either (weird, huh?)
