Did anybody watch Rock Hard Bodies on VH1?

I think it was called Rock Hard Bodies. Anyway, they took 4 ordinary women and put them through 12 weeks of Rock Star workouts. They also assigned a nutritionist to them, AND gave them cardio equipment to use in their house to do extra cardio. At the end of 12 weeks, they got a celebrity style makeover and got to go to Vegas to see the VH1 awards (I think - I was on the phone during that part).

How cool is that! I would love to have my own trainer and nutritionist plus get a makeover and have my clothes picked out by the best stylists in the world. Dayum! And the girls looked great at the end of 12 weeks too - they lost a good deal of weight and inches. They really got put through the wringer though - grueling workouts plus only eating 1350 calories a day. But they all made it through. Hey Annie! I saw it too! I was so inspired! I almost wasn't going to work out, but I did after that came on! I wish I knew what that nasty stuff they were eating was. Yuck!

They looked great after. The therapist that one gil had was probably very helpful too.

Yeah, I was so jealous! Those girls worked really hard though. I was pretty impressed that none of them quit.
That stuff they drank was a liver flush shake. They said you can find out the recipe to it on the VH1 website.
I gotta get to the gym tonight. I just spent a long weekend in Alabama with FH's family and all we did was eat, drink, eat, and drink some more!

I've been pretty good lately. This week will be bad though, I have to work late every night.

I think that VH1 thing should be a regular show, with new episodes.
