I didn't buy it. I haven't had any problems...I can't imagine what it has that's so useful...

i think its really easy to change- the kit seemed like a waste...

it's just a way for a company to make money. not worth it. you can get all of those forms for free

I bought it but then decided not to change my name, so it is just sitting here collecting dust.

all you need is your marriage license and then go to dmv and social security office to get new license and soc sec card it is that easy!!! with those 2 things you can change everything else!!!!

I didn't. I didn't think it was necessary.

Frist change your SS card then you can change everything else, like:

Just show proof, bring/submit your Marrage Licence
-Drivers Licence
-PassPort
-Bank Accounts
-Work Documents: Paycheck, 401K, Beneficary Forms
-Credit Cards
-Insurance: Medical, Dental, Car
