Did Anyone go to the Madonna concert...

Just wanted to hear your views. I give her an A+ for a good show BUT she was supposed to go on at 8 and didn't start till 8:50. It lasted all of an hour and 40 minutes. For the price of a ticket she could have been on longer.
She also sang her American Life song, or whatever it's called. To sum up she had a huge screen with war images on it. At the end, a picture was shown of Hussein and Bush hugging. To me, I go to a concert to forget all the bad stuff, not think about it some more

I agree, I had a great time, but it should have been longer. I also couldn't believe there was no encore. If you include all of her wardrobe changes she probably performed for 1hr 20 min.


When she was singing, I had a spectacular time, but I dont think I would go again.

I wen to to her concert last month and thought it was incredible. Her voice sounds better than ever before. Yes, she was political-but those are the times we live in. While I understood the point she wanted to make, and agree with it, I do wonder if a concert was the right place for it. She went on at 8:55 for us as well-and no encore-that was a bummer. But all in all, it was QUITE A PARTY!

I saw here opening night at MSG. It was the same way. Maybe she was waiting for people to arrive.
