other then Lolita?

for me it was nothing serious, just, when my dh told me that on Xmas day when we open presents at his moms, we will start and not wait fo rhis brother which was fine but then when the day came I told my boys they had to wait for their cousins. I felt it was only right to wait out of respect. (we did open small gifts to keep them busy) BIL got there 2 hours late and then came in saying the kids were sleeping in the car to start with out them. 2 hours I was telling my boys and then they say 'start without us' HELLO, we have kids too and they were nice and waited for yours its not my fault whenever you go somewhere your kids fall asleep when they get to the destination. Other then that we had a good holiday without drama.

Better then I expected

DH's brother and wife are having issues and she kicked him out in April....But they continue to date(weird). Anyway he lives with my in laws(his Parents) and he showed up Christmas night with his wife. My in-laws haven't seen her since April!!!

So before they got there me and my mother in law got rip roarin drunk(first time I ever saw her drink!) so I know she was nervous. Everything was fine while they were there but of course after they left some comments were made. I am just psyched that I am the favorite daughter in law

We have PRE New Years Drama last night...we went to the hospital to visit DH's brother who is being treated for depression, and as we were leaving a male patient was at the door as the nurse was unlocking it to let us out (the psych ward)---this male patient asks the male nurse 'did you kill my dog' and then he turns to DH-who had his back turn to the patient- and says 'DID you kill my dog' and with that, he punches DH in the head! I saw it coming and couldn't even get any words out! I started crying and we actually filed a police report-security had to come up and restrain him to his bed...I still can't get this out of my mind. DH says he is fine---he looks fine, we stayed at the hospital for another hour and wasn't dizzy or lightheaded (or so he said)....i still can't believe it!
