Did anyone have ZERO symptoms even after they knew for sure?
I am 4 weeks and 2 days - I know that's early. But I'm not tired, not nauseous, barely sore BBs. Did anyone else experience this?? The only thing I feel is a minor sore lower back when I stand for too long. I just wonder if this means my HCG levels are not increasing the way they should.

all i was was tired...my BB JUST started to hurt the other day, and I'm 8 1/2 weeks. It'll come....enjoy the lack of symptoms right now!!

I agree with Btrflygrl, I didn't start feeling anything until I was about 6 weeks, then I was exhausted and nauseas. Enjoy the lack of symptoms while it lasts.

I know it's hard, because I'm right there with you, but try to relax... every woman is unique and has a totally different pregnancy, and it doesn't do yourself, your body or your baby any good to stress out... trust me, I know, it's harder said than done... my symptoms come and go... one day I'll be super nauseous and my boobs will feel like they're busting out, and the next day I feel perfectly fine... it's hard not to freak out on those days where I have zero symptoms, but slowly, as each day progresses, I'm de-stressing just a little...
FYI... I found that buying some books on what to expect REALLY helps... I bought what to expect when you're expecting, and it really helped calm me down and not freak out over every little symptom or lack thereof...

I had NO symptons either until I popped at 8-10 weeks and then I got a severe nerve compression....I NEVER once got sick...ever. It is very normal. I am not a fan of the What to Expect series but A Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy was funny and easy to read and informative. A THinking WOmen's Guide to a Better Birth is a great booK!

Good question, I am 5 weeks and have no symptons, except I do fall asleep a little earlier than usual at night. But my sister in law who is also pregnant but one week ahead of me says she has sore BB and tired and back pain. I just felt yesterday back pain but I was helping DH with xmas decorations. so I dont know if its b/c of the bun in the oven or b/c of standing and bending doing the decorations. Everyone is different, thats what I keep telling myself.

Yes, everyone is different. For me, no common symptoms to more like 7 or 8 weeks. I didn't get everything, but I had constant nausea (but not puking), sore boobs, lots of bloating, increased appetitie and started to gain weight (in my thighs and hips not belly). I never got the extreme tiredness until I hit the mid 2nd trimester.

Me, I had sore boobies in the beginning, but after I found out I was pregnant, I had no symptoms at all. I had a very easy pregnancy when I think back on it, thankfully.
