Did anyone look at this house?? N. Bellmore

Just wondering if that is all of the kitchen to the left of the table and chairs. Seems to be a butcher block, and a frig, stove, and one small spot of counter space. I saw the rest of the pictures on the realtors website. Just wondering what everyones thoughts on this home was

The price started at $449k in March I believe.

the ceilings looked low in the basement, unless the picture just looks like that.

nope its not...It has a cement slab.

there's a reason it's still on the market. Scott, how about looking a little farther east? You will get more for your money.

We dont want to go that far out east, want to be close to the parents, Family and friends. We are looking at a house on thursday in the town we live in.....

We arent rushing...If something comes along then we look at it

We went to see it about 3 months ago. I think they are on drugs for asking $449K for it...I wouldn't pay more then $300k for that house. It is small, needs work and it is for very short people.... don't even bother....there is a reason it is still on the market...

HAHAHAHA...I figured there was a reason it didnt sell yet. I wasnt interested in it, I just thought it was odd that it was still on the market.

Funny thing is I found that house on another website, and a few years ago they were trying to sell that house for $239k and it was PINK and needed a lot of work. I wonder if these people bought it and fixed it up and now they are selling...

Looks sooo small, coming from someone that bought a house too small...DON'T DO IT! will just always feel cluttered! Uo can def. do better for that amount of money.

You could go a little farther east and still be close to your family...there are other areas and I wouldn't be stuck on one town...the market is just too tight.
