Did anyone lose a ton of weight after ordering their dress?
Was it a big issue to have it taken in a few sizes? Did the dress lose proportion?

I was told by my bridal consultant at Lillette's that usually they can take a gown in one to two sizes without having any problems. But she said after that, it starts distorting the gown.
usually 10 pounds = 1 inch which isn't that much when you think about all of the seams in a dress. From my experience, dresses look better if you have to take them in than if you have to let them out. I wouldn't worry about it.
My sister did... they told her she had to stop losing weight because her dress wouldnt look right if they had to take it in anymore
My salon advised me not to lose more than 20 lbs. They can take in more if necessary but the dress may not look the same.
i lost 22 so far and plan on losing about 50 more. haha. they told me the dress can be taken in 6 sizes with no problem so lets hope its true. like one of the brides said, i tried my dress on for the first time and it was HUGE, so now im extra worried. I think it will be fine though if u lose weight. My FH is funny, hes like i rather have u lose weight and buy a new dress then plump up to fit in the dress u bought. boys and the crazy things they say. lol
