We had 1 no show (1 of my coworkers-she really was sick apparently).... but we had 2 people (DH's friends) that responded that they werent coming w/ a guest... then suddenly at the wedding i saw 1 of their gfs....
we were under our minimum so it didnt matter to me... if i was over my minimum i probably wouldve taken off about 5 or 6 people (DH is pessimistic lol)

4 cancellations. 2 were 24 hours before and 2 were the day of ( both for BS reasons too )

We had two people cancel the night before (SO annoying because this was a mother and son who we invited without guests, who then added guests to the response card and then the day before told us that the guests weren't coming!!) and two people not show up the day of. We did have two people show up who RSVP'd no, though.
