We are making a list of DO NOT WANT TO HEAR and a small list of stuff we definitely NEED to hear...and the rest is up to the DJ

Pretty much NOTHING gets played without our expressed written consent.

I will do a do not play list or types of music. No lines dances, etc...

The band will get a DO NOT play list along with a list of songs that must be played (ie: first dance, mother/son dance, father/daughter dance, etc.).

Our DJ's system is completely computerized. He has a searchable database that you're given a password to when you book him. You can log on to his website at any time and add and subtract songs to a PLEASE PLAY or DO NOT PLAY list. IT's great. and it works well for us because my fiance is in London. Plus, we have very strange taste in music

We are giving a DO NOT PLAY list and a NEED TO PLAY list. The dj can pick the rest!

Yep. We had both 'must play' and 'must not play' lists given to our band 2 1/2 weeks before our wedding.
