Did anyone or will anyone do the menu appointment without FH?

Did anyone or will anyone do the menu appointment without FH?

I got the call from Lou at CLM today!!! SO excited!!!

So, naturally the appointment has to be during the week at night. Which is tough for us NJ people. Now, I'm taking a personal day 2 weeks from now so I can get my makeup trial done on LI and then do epics in the city. So maybe I could go out there Tuesday night alone...

OR maybe I could get FH to come with me after epics...

So...is it really necessary to have FH there? Or should we just discuss it first and set it that way? Or do things change alot when you talked to your Banquet Managers?

Unfortunately we have the same problem. I am in Philly and FH is in Miami and will not be able to make it up here. I am going with my mom.

I don't see why there would be a problem. I would call CLM and ask

Did you have it set before you went or did your BMs give you ideas that changed your mind? Just wondering if that might happen- otherwise I'd be cool going alone...
