Did anyone see Oprah today?

The topic was young girls being taken from their family and mutilated and used as sex slaves for rebels. Many of them become pregnant as the result of multiple rapes. Some of them are unable to return to their villages because of shame associated with being a sex slave.

It was a very sad show, and I was thinking how lucky we are to be in a country where thousands of our young girls are not subjected this kind of terror.

Sorry. I neglected to say that these girls were from the African nations of Sierra Leone and Uganda.

OMG I turned it on and I saw people with missing limbs, hands, feet, etc. and about that girl that was a virgin and raped from morning till night I couldnt take it. I had to change the channel!! It all makes me SOOOOOOOOOO mad.
