My fh said the same thing. She's a psycho! LOL. I felt bad for her, but like Jenn said who knows the whole truth. It was funny how they both had COMPLETELY different stories about what happened in the restaurant that night.

I felt bad for her though. She went through the whole show without showing much emotion and now she's so upset she's crying all through the interview.

I saw it too. I think she might of held back too much though. She didnt know if she was willing to move to him, etc. I thought that in the beginning. I think he is enjoying the spotlight of where he is and she was pressuring him to be with her. I heard Sandra Bullock gave him a call. Needless to say, I thought the same as most of you! He came across as a jerk. I felt really bad for her.

I saw it. He reminds me of an ex, so I was never a huge fan of his, but that story she tells about the bar - she made herself sound like a psycho. Being engaged does not mean that a persons eyes fall out of their head! Looking at an attractive person is not give-the-ring-back awful. I still notice attractive men and I am sure that my FH notices attractive women. So what? I was so shocked when she told that story.
But I was LMAO every time he said 'she's so beautiful.' What did that have to do with anything? He really wanted to say 'she's pyscho.' I totally believe that he never really gave her more than politically correct reasons.
Can't wait for Trista and Ryan to implode.

He definately came off as shallow.
But she most definately came off as a bit psycho. The kind that needs so much attention and reassurance it would get absolutely EXHAUSTING.
The first few months of a relationship are when two people should be completely infatuated with each other. Having discussions and crying over insecurites and fighting everytime you see each other because you're all insecure...UGH!
I would have BOLTED for the nearest exit. As I'm sure most men would.

I think Trista and Ryan are truly in love and truly happy. I hope that everything works out for them. She really seems like a sweet person.

I think that all of these people find it difficult to maintain a relationship once they become public personas. Personally, I think that Aaron and Helene probably couldn't handle the insecurities that inevitably go along with a long distance relationship. Trust is very important, and I don't think that they had enough time between when the show finished taping and when the ending aired to really build a foundation of trust in order to keep the relationship going.
Speaking from experience, it can become very difficult to constantly re-affirm someone's affection for you merely through verbal communication (over the telephone). You miss out on physical contact and non-verbal communication too - all that stuff means alot when you are trying to build a relationship. I can imagine that Helene, someone who seems insecure and slightly more needy than the average woman to begin with, had a problem trusting Aaron - especially given that he was openly checking out other women while he was in Helene's company.
I have to be honest, if that were me, I would have been ****ed off, too....especially if I only got to see the person once a month or something like that.
I don't think Aaron was at all sincere in the interview...I think he's a DOG! W T F??? She's so beautiful....is that ALL that matters? Was she just a pretty face, and not a person with feelings???
