We would like to take our wedding pictures there but the website says it is only for Glen Cove residents! Does anyone know if they will issue a permit for pictures to a non-Glen Cove resident?

I was supposed to take my epics there. I think if you go after 4 its free. It's either 4 or 5 you can call and ask them.
