I got a card from a co-worker........but that's it as far as work related.

Friends and family knew we were going to have an e-party so they gave us stuff then.

mine did! we had a nice lucheon, everybody made something and they bought me a set of everyday dishes and a pot set i was soo surpriesed... when they said surpriesed i still didnt even think itwas for me

nothing for my engagement but i am pretty sure the office will throw me a shower right before my wedding. we are really good at throwing office wedding showers. its fun

No, they asked where I was registred and I said were not registering till the end of the year and that was about it.

They threw me a surprise engagement party, breakfast. It was really nice. My boss gave me a gorgeous tea set. So sweet!

They got me my first engagement gift. I was away when I got engaged, my first day back they got me Lenox toasting flutes.

Another co worker gave us one of our place settings, and some one else gave us a picture frame.

I feel bad I can't afford to invite any of them to the wedding.

Since me and another co-worker both got engaged around Christmas, they did a big departmental lunch at a local place.

same here! thats why i asked ... all i got was A hug - and congrats ... i will prob get a shower before the wedding ...

one of my co-workers got a cake for his 30th bday - and now a baby shower bc his wife is prego - and i was just wondering if offices do something when ppl get engaged ... i feel VERY selfish for saying this - but i kinda felt a LITTLE annoyed that nothing was done for me - and my co-worker got cake
