Did I miss something?

Ok I've been away for a week now and I come back here very confused!
I've been reading a lot of posts lately saying that theres been name calling and a lot of immaturity on here lately. Have I been reading the same posts as everyone else?
I read one in the '07 brides about a girl who was banned b/c of this problem and the rebuttal was how others were just as bad and not banned.
I just read a post from another girl who has gotten tired of the name calling and immaturity on here.

I don't want to start any drama but what on earth is going on here?? :shock: Aren't we all on here to help each other plan our big days? A wedding is such a big thing but in the whole scheme of life it's only one day! While I'm trying to plan a day that I'll remember for the rest of my life, I also have the rest of my life to think about. Where am I going to live? When to have children? Things like that are way more important.

I apologize if this to long and I don't want to get anyone upset, but I am way confused on what is going on here.

I've been hearing the same thing (girls questioning all this name-calling) but I haven't seen a thing. I'm DYING to see these name-calling posts.
Since when were 2nd graders allowed to get married?!

it all started a few days ago. honestly--it's over and done with now....i don't want it to all start again! we're trying out best to keep the positive spirit of the board going again.

you know what i saw all the drama and let me tell you that you're TOTALLY better off in the dark..its not worth it to try and figure out what happened...it was draining and oy its not worth going into anymore..its over and be happy you weren't there to see the nonsense

I'll take your word for it! Just as long as these boards stay as helpful as they've been.

Thank you, I am probably better off staying the dark, I justfeel horrible for the those who had to read whatever was said.
