I am glad for him. He seems really sweet, but he can't sing. I guess I just find it frustrating. I work with so many talented people and we are all working our butts off as singing waiters and bartenders. We work until 4 am and then audition for things the next day at 10am. We study dance, acting, and voice all our lives and only hope that someday we can make a living doing what we love. Then you see this and I have to admit it is disheartening. I guess talent really doesn't matter.

It really is an insult to people with talent.

No one is saying he has talent. People with talent shouldn't be insulted by William Hung. IMO I would rather not make it in the singing world than be famous because everyone thinks I suck and enjoys laughing at me.

I don't care so much for all of his songs but I LOOOOOOOOOVE that She Bangs Song. It makes me dance everytime I hear it (dance like him of course) my hubby thinks I'm NUTZ when I do it.

That's a good point. But you would really listen to his CD?
I don't think I would listen to the CD really but I hear it comes with a cd rom or dvd thing I would use that!

I disagree. He has a recording contract. I know plenty of people that are talented AND funny that don't have this vaulable commadity.
I also would like to know if William Hung is in on the joke. I wonder if realizes that people don't think he is talented they just think he sucks and are laughing at him.

I don't think he knows. I didn't get that impression from his interviews. That's why I feel slightly guilty.

I dont think he knows so the world is mostly laughing AT him not with him... I grew up getting laughed at and I find this very disturbing.
