I am getting such great feedback on mine.
I spent a little more than I should have but it is so worth it now. People really seem to like them.
When I was looking for invites My Fh said to me why are you stressing- it is just paper- I am so glad I did NOT listen to him.
I am very happy!!!!!

Hey k! I did and it was SOOO worth all the time!!
I felt as though my invites were a sneak peek to what my wedding is going to be like..

Yup, lots of compliments. Ours were kind of unusual (hand made paper, double fold tied with ribbon, and we wrote it ourselves)

That's so wonderful. Doesn't feel good? Wait for all your wedding day feeback. You will be overwhelmed with compliments. (I am sure because I can tell you are going to have a great wedding).

I too, think invitations are very important. They set the tone for your wedding.

I totally agree that ivitations are a sneak preview to the wedding. I always say 'ivitations are the guest's first impression of the wedding!' Good for you for getting so many compliments!! Can't wait to pick mine out!

I just sent them out last Tuesday and people have been calling and e-mailing me to let me know how unique and gorgeous they are! Such a relief b/c mine were untraditional - it's so great that people do notice these things!

I feel the same way....I really went above and beyond with my invites and it paid off as I have actually gotten calls just to tell me how nice they were.... It makes me so happy I put in the extra effort!

I haven't sent out the invites yet, but I get a bunch of phone calls about my announcements.....which was really cool because FH & I made them ourselves!

That's awesome. Do you have a pic of your invite? I made my save the dates and everyone complimented on them. It felt so nice. I wanted to make my own invites as well, but time is running out.
