Did you feel bad returning stuff from your shower?
I am worried that I will want to return some stuff I get from my shower. Do you think people will get made and come over and look for their gifts? I think some of the things we registered that are already bought I don't like anymore Not that I look at my registry or anything

I didn't feel bad at all. Some things put on there and got at my shower, I realized I didn't really need them, I was just way too excited when I put them on. So I returned them and got stuff we would actually use. I was married over six months ago and just returned some stuff the other day and plan to return a few more things at fortunoff and get a nice piece of furniture that DH and I want. For example, I got a pasta make, in reality now, I know I'll never use it, so Its going back for something I'll use. Don't feel bad, sometimes you change your mind. No Biggie!!

For me, I got EVERY single piece of bedding. And, I got 95% of my appliances. But, I didn't get any silver and almost zero crystal. So, I did a bunch of exchanging there...

I wouldn't feel bad at all and I really really doubt that anyone would notice unless they got you something that WASN'T from your registry and were particularly interested in seeing you use it. Registry-returning is virtually guilt free!

heck no...I put stuff on my registry for BBB BECAUSE you can return for store credit!!

I exchanged ALOT of my items too.... It happens - I got alot of duplicates...
I dont think it was a big deal...

Honestly we had wall to wall carpeting when we registered and got this carpet cleaner for my shower.....then we got hardwood floors and then I got it for my shower...I went to BBB with a print out of my regirsty (no receipt) thinking let me see if I can return it....well not only did they let me, they gave me cash in hand for the return, then they asked if there was anything i needed, they might be able to get me 20% off...it was nice...
YOu are bringing them in so much money....and no one who brought you that gift will ever know...in fact my spotscrubber is still 'fulfilled' on my registry...so they will never know...

Not at all! I didn't need some of the stuff, or I changed my mind. I exchanged for things I needed. Don't feel bad, its' expected!
