My FH had a whole thing planned, dinner, ring in a glass, on bended knee...
But he got impatient and nervous about it. So instead of waiting, he just went for it while we were setting up for a poker party. He was so nervous, it was so cute. He definitely took me by surprise... even though he sat on a foot stool and didn't get down on one knee.
We joke now that we should go and do it the way he wanted to in a restaurant. We're saving for a wedding, and the meal might be free!

No damn it!! I always bust on him for it!! He was so nervous, he almost dropped the ring on my dinner plate. He was actually shaking so much he had to put the ring box down on my plate...lol

No...he said he had no room because we were out to a nice restaurant but the tables were close together . I think that even if he had the room, he wouldn't have done it. Instead he sat down next to me and put the ring on my lap... It was cute though he did it in his own little way and I wouldn't of wanted it any other way.

I was being my normal bratty self...Busting his chops and he looked at me as says You love me right Yes I love you WHY .....
he got up came around to my left have got down on one need and said then how about you marry me!
and I just balled and balled didnt answer him just asked him for the phone so I could call me mom

Yeah he did He proposed on Halloween when my family was taking my little sis trick or treating at his house (he lives around the block!)... Both of our families and all the neighbors were there!

he absolutely did! I didn't realize he was proposing at first, I thought he is kneeling down to talk to me (I was sitting on a chair)... the moment was a blur, I did remember me jumping up and down screaming a whole lot!

Nope, not alone We were in a booth at dinner and he had no choice since he MADE me sit on the outside to escape to bathroom while he placed the ring under my napkin.
