I am SO OVERWHELMED with registering!!! Not sure why!!
I started one on BB&B, then deleted everything, thinking I should go in person...hmmm..

I did 90% of my registry online. SO MUCH EASIER. If there's anything I was unsure about, I wrote down what I liked online and went to see it in the store!

i registered at Macy's in person and added a lot more stuff online. I registered at BBB completely online, it was so much easier. I enjoy going into the store to see things and feel it, but there's no way that I can get FH to go with me again so I just did it online.

I did 80% of mine online, which was very easy and definitely no hassle. Then I went to the store to finish updating it and also get a better look at some of the items I had questions about

seee i feel the opposite.........
it IS very easy online...really nothing crazy, what i did online (after shopping in person) was go through EVERY CATEGORY POSSIBLE it took a while...but i was only looking for things I missed when i was in store....
I think that donig it IN STORE is so much better because you can actually see everything, choices, different brands, etc right in front of ur face to compare things....i would never want to pick half the things i picked online....or id have to open 23 browser tabs to compare all diff things!!!!
but thats just me!

I prefer to register in the store because I can see everything. Registering online is fun though for the smaller, more unimportant things, which can be addicting!

I started in the stores but then finished everything online. I would say it was about 50/50 for me.

It's SOOOOOOOOO much easier online... I have found Macy's to be such a pain... and one time we went there the gun they gave us was set to someone else's registry... we added all of this stuff to a random couple's registry and then had to reregister for it all since the woman who effed up in the first place couldn't figure out how to fix it...

I started it in the stores and then added online -but I would recommend starting it online it will save a lot of time when you actually go to the store. You can enter all the info in rather than have to write it out at the store n have their people type it in. My girl spelt everything wrong mixed up the zip codes. It took so much time to fix it I would have rather have typed it in myself. Than if you want you can go to the store and add.

we looked on-line to see what Macys had, then went into the store. it was actually better in my opinion to go into the store. for instance the china pattern we loved on-line, we really didn't like in person. the flatware i insisted i wanted was so heavy when we went to the store that i would have gone crazy for the rest of my life.

I have been registering online at BBB and sears (I know its strange, but we have a house already!). I have to go there oftern enought (as we ordered out CP's from BBB), that when I see something online I like and want to see in person I look at it the next time I go and them come home and add what I want! I think we will go one day just to look around and make sure we didn't miss anything though!

I was soooo excited to register after I got engaged that I started doing everything online. I showed my Mom everything I registered for and she suggested we go to Fortunoff and check out a few things. We went and I changed a lot and added a few different things.
When Fortunoff closed, I went online and moved everything over to Macys and BBB.
I still can't believe Fortunoff went under like that.
Registering online was definitely easier, but I was also glad to see things in person.
