I gave them my old date... (I changed it from March to April) so I gave myself an extra month... but i ordered so early that i shouldn't have too much of a problem

I have a friend who ordered her dress last July. She is getting married next weekend and she just got her dress in about a week ago. Thank god it came in but still! They said it was bc of Chinese New Year. Say an earlier date!

i ordered mine in january and i gave them my real date. my friend is getting married on july 11th of 09 and ordered hers back in september, she also gave them her real date.

i didn't even think about that, but i think i will when the time comes because we're going to wait a month or two before we buy the dress to scrounge up some extra cash. i don't want to put us in too much of a rush.

I gave them March 09 instead of April 09. You never know if something could go wrong so it's best to have it arrive early.

yes. Burtons told me, they give an earlier date to the designer so they get it a lil quicker, so if you give them an earlier date you might get your dress to early

the first time i went i gave them a false date. Now that i found the one im giving them the right one.

i did - b/c i want to have my last fitting very close to the wedding in case i loose weight - which tends to happen when im nervous/anxious/stressed - also i have nowhere to keep the dress for more than a few days....
