Did you guys start shopping for wedding bands yet

This is what happens when you have everything else done lol...we still have to do flowers but we know where we are going. How soon do you plan on looking for bands...do you know what your looking for? What about FH?

We went on a whim to the jewelery store where FH bought my engagement ring just to 'look' at bands and ended up ordering them. They came in a week later and we were so not prepared to pay for them! haha But I am happy it's one less thing to worry about. I just got a band that had slightly bigger diamonds than my setting and FH got a custom made ring that looks like a Cartier ring.

We looked around October last year and were advised to wait unitl the Black Friday sales, so we did and got a decent deal. They have been sitting in our safe box at home for almost a year now. My ring has a lot of detail so I tried to match something that didn't go with it but everything looked weird so I stuck with the set from Neil Lane. FH found a ring he loved right away.

I've tried on a few to see what I liked with my e-ring but I think I'm going to end up getting the matching band. Nothing looked right with it. FH hasn't tried any on yet, but we will be going to the jeweler that he bought my ring from once we're ready!

Already taken care of. Lol tried on a few but nothing looked well with my engagement ring So I went with something very simple and on occassion wear my e-ring from time to time =) He is getting a simple band. Kinda hard because on his job he can not really wear jewelry. I might get it engraved without him knowing which will be another suprise on our day =)

My silly fiance gave me the wedding band with the engagement ring when he proposed! lol So I already have mine. We've just started shopping around for his, it's just a matter of him picking one out. :)

I'm pretty sure FH already put a deposit down on mine when he picked up my e-ring. He knew I would want the matching band so the jeweler suggested putting down a deposit. I do want to go there one day soon to see it and start looking for FH.

My Jeweler said we do not have to come in until December/Januaryish... We will probably just go looking for the style we want in october and november.

We actually went yesterday to the same place we got my e-ring. We both picked bands and were able to put them on layaway so we didn't have to take that hit all at once LOL

We haven't even started looking yet. I mean, at a bridal showcase he found out his sizing, and I've had him try on a few different bands to find out the thickness that he prefers too. We'll probably end up going to where FH got my e-ring first, from there I don't know though. I'd like to have somewhat matching rings, but we'll see if that's possible.

I ordered those SafeRings for FH...they r rubber that stretch and for a man in construction it will help prevent injury.
Fh said for work ok but not for everyday wear he didn't love it.

I need to find a cheap all black ring bc he doesn't like rings I don't forsee him wanting to wear it very much everyday anyway so I refuse top depend hundreds on something he might not ever wear but one time!

Why don't you go on Amazon and buy him a tungsten band? They have some nice ones that are pretty affordable, and that I think are pretty simple in terms of design. Tungsten never looks cheap, too.

I got mine from Costco!! Wasn't really looking to be honest but I saw this 7 diamond 1 carat platinum ring and fell in love with it but didn't get it. THen went to 2 more jewelery stores just looking and they all quoted about 800-1200 more for the same ring in 14 carat white gold. We went running back to Costco and bought it and haven't seen another one there since
