Yes we had over 20 kids...but I don't know if you could or should really use my wedding as an example. I am a mom of a 13 year old and al our friends have kids.

Yes. We had about 15 kids ages 15 and younger and then about 8 between 15-21 (haha.. I called them kids).
At least for us, kids are a BIG part of my family and I couldn't imagine a day without them.

i wrote no ... we had 6 total kids, all who are close to us. We didn't have other peoples' kids because it would just be too expensive for us.

Agreed!
Kids from age 1yr old to 16 were about 15-20% of our guest list. It was never a question to include them or not. Kids are ALWAYS at weddings in my family.
Could never imagine our day without them.
It was $$ but we allotted for it in our budget.

we had 5 kids at the reception. 2 were OOT, 1 was the RB, 1 was asleep and the other dancing the whole night. they were well behaved so we didnt mind them celebrating with us.
