No- but I had it in college. It was a VERY big event and lasted two nights. It was a lot of fun and an important part of my experience there.

I was choral director junior and senior years.
At my school SING! was CUH_RAZEE!! It took over the school for 2 months. About 250 people in EACH grade participated every year, so it wasn't just thatre people..EVERYONE wanted a part of it. We'd wear our t shirts and chant in the halls, in class, whatever. it was insane. It was just ALL we talked about or did from february through april

There is a movie called SING - we used to love to watch it in HS.
Basically, what SING is is a musical theatre competition between the grades. In my HS, the freshmen and sophomores were combined. Each grade wrote their own show and took lyrics from known songs and rewrote them to apply to the plot of the show, and to be spirit types of songs. In my school, we started in September, and the competition was Mid-November. We all performed the show for three nights, and were judged each night. The seniors almost always won. It's a very fun, emotional time! It's so hard to imagine unless you're part of it!

I believe my class was the first Senior class to come in last place in the history of SING at our school. I also believe I was drunk on the final night and threw up in the back of the auditorium.
I think we su-cked junior year too (the only year I participated). My 'character' wore headphones & just danced whenever I was on stage. Oh wait, I was part of a solo in the finale ...

No, but we had DECA which was some marketing group or something. The school was proud of that.

we never did it. There were less than 1000 kids at my school when I was there, so we were pretty small.
We did have other events though, like a HUGE musical, and something we called Cabaret Night. Kids performed all different songs from Broadway, solos and groups, and dinner was served to everyone in the audience.
There were lots of kids involved because there were several different sets, a lot of performers, back up musicians, and waitstaff for the food.
It was such a fun night!

My HS did and I loved it. My class won 3 out of the 4 years.

We lost 4 out of 4..LOL...Although when we were juniors we won one night, and then when we were seniors we again only won one night, and not by enough because the juniors beat us.
