Did you have to pay for yourselves in your final count??

Our hall added us on our final count and made us pay for ourselves. Did everyone else have to do this?

You'd think giving them 25 grand, they'd throw us a bone!

Yeah,you would think they wouldn't charge the bride and groom since they are making so much already.

I never even thought about that. You would think the bride and groom would be free...after all, they're getting the business b/c of you!

I don't have to pay for myself or FI....seems like I'm one of the lucky ones I guess.

They told me we should include ourselves in the final count and I didn't. I had a few no shows so it evened out.

I don't agree with it AT ALL, but I've never heard of a hall that didn't charge for the bride and groom...they get you for everything don't they??
