Should I do this for everyone even if they are not from OOT?

Why not. Some people want to party hard and not have to drive home. I say, yes, doesn't hurt.
I don't know if it's against 'the rules' though.

I wouldn't put the info in all of the invites. What would happen if a whole bunch of people decide they want to book them and then the OOT guests don't have any rooms available for them?

I am. We put it in only the OOT guests & Family STD's months ago, which gave them time to hold there rooms before everyone else did. and we will be putting it in all invitations that go out.

For the STD's we are. I also plan on putting them into the invites as well. I at least want to give everyone the option of staying because even if they are not from OOT, some may not want to go through the hassle of driving home. You never know.

I put them in all the OOT guests invites and then I put them in peoples invites that I knew would want to stay to hang out later that night as well as friends that would want to stay and our bridal party.

I put them in most of the invites...for people who I know are not staying at the hotel (my family that lives on LI) I didn't put them in. For my friends that are coming from Brooklyn/Manhattan/NJ, I put them in, in case they want to stay and hang out.

funny you posted this, i was just working on creating my own hotel info sheet. I've decided to put the hotel info for just some people (OOT and certain guests). I know for a fact that majority of my guests will be going home that night.

Hmmm that's true, I pretty much know from my family who is gonig to go home... Maybe I'll do half with and half without. I'm very anal... I did the hotel directions... Milleridge directions and Church directions on the same card!

I am only because some people might choose to stay at a hotel and not drive home. If you know they are definitely driving home then you don't need to.

We only put it in OOT invites. If anyone local asks, I will gladly give them the info, too. But it wasn't necessary to give them the cards, and we only had a certain amouont so OOT had priority.

I put them in the STD...... and I gave them to the OOT guests an those ho I thought might need a hotel room (people who drink, people who wanted a day away fromtheir kids...etc)
