nope--not at all. lol i'm in the minority i guess. i knew i would NEVER use white shoes ever again--so i didn't want to spend a lot.
got mine from shoebuy.com for less than $60.
by the end of the day i had taken them off anyway...cause my feet were starting to hurt

No mine were white and I got them at David's Bridal. I loved them, but I don't really dress up so I refused to buy expensive shoes

nope.. LOL I got them from payless, so worth it! I'll never wear them again, I wore them for about a week before with big heavy socks on, whenever i was around the house, and they were great.

Not even a little bit. I bought them at Payless. I know I'll never need fancy white shoes again & I have enough from the wedding day that I'll never use again & paid lots of money for. Plus, my heels came off 30 seconds after we got to the hall. I changed them at the cocktail hour. I spent the rest of the night in big comfy flip flops.

No. I think I spent about $75. I knew I wasn't going to need them again and I always have a devil buying shoes that fit. Why spend a lot on shoes I'll wear once and won't fit anyway?

My shoes was a bit pricey but it wasn't a typical white/wedding type shoes - it was brown and something i can wear to work.

not at all. I got mine for about $75 and took them off 20 min after the reception started when I could barely walk anymore. I got what I paid for.

I LOVED my shoes and they were white silk with beading etc that went perfectly well with my dress. It took me SO long to find the right shoes. Imagine my surprise when the 'perfect' shoes were only .... $50!!!!!!! The attendant at the bridal salon actually asked me what brand they were and said they must have been so but I told her they were only $50. So you can find something that you love and isn't $500+ but it just might not be easy.
Now, of course, if you love them and have it in your budget, why not go for it?
ETA: ps, my shoes were extremely comfortable!

in the end i have to say i did lol and i'm still so in love with them! not TOO bad though...they were $125 ...throughout planning i told myself that i was just getting something plain & comfy & that was it.....but once i tried these babies on there was no goin' back they were beautiful...i just loved them

I loved my shoes but i miraculously found a pair on sale for 60 something.....and since it was delivered wrong.....i actually got them for FREE!!!!
I wanted shoes that i could wear again hence why i didnt want white shoes

I had two pairs - the first cost me $79 but I didn't wear them and it was too late to return them. i'll dye those black The pair I did wear cost $120, a lot for shoes Ill never wear again, but they were comfy. I wore them the whole day.
