I'm going for my make up trial this Thursday and the trial is for free did u tip anyway or no?? I was just wondering and also how much did u tip!! Thanks, Denise

Hey there...how is your planning? I think I am almost done : ) I tipped JN b/c it was free and she did a great job... I went for my hair trial this week and didn't tip b/c she was far from free and works out of her home...

I tipped both my makeup artist and my stylist. Jacqueline Nicole was free, but I gave her 20 bucks. Linda at Millenia was 65 I think and I gave her 20%. Hope this helps!

If the trial is in a salon and a regular beautician is doing it, I would tip like I was getting a hair service. If the person comes to my house and it is their own business, I wouldn't tip because they are the owner. At Maximus the trial was free but I still tipped because the girl just works there.

I tipped her, and I tipped 30%- but she was amazing- she really took her time with me, didn't rush me and kept me there longer to try some new things. BUt this was at the salon.
