Did your Homeowners Company inspect your home after Closing?
We are looking into Homeowner's companies. So far I spoke w/Liberty Mutual and they said they will come & inspect the property after Closing. Is it common to come & look at the property, my RE said it isn't that common.

I know that they did a drive by before closing. The insurance agent also told us for the month that the house was empty to make sure it looked like people were living there because IF they did a drive by insurance companies do NOT want to a see a vacant house. So I guess they might.

I've never heard of that and I'm on house #2. Also, my HO insurance company is through Geico and the policy holder is in CA.
