Anyone know anything about Diet Center. My dad is going and wanted me to go with him because he needs support. But isn't that pre-packaged food? I don't do pre-packaged food. Anyone know?
WEll, I don;t know anything specifically about a diet center. But I know those prepackaged meals work if you have the willpower. Most people tend to cheat and eat food off of the program so it doesn't work.
Thanks, dad went tonight, I didn't go, I had my dog in the sink when it was time to go (she smelled). So anyhow he said its bars for breakfast and lunch and then follow directions for a really light dinner. He felt that even if you ate dinner the way they said without the bars, you would lose weight. I think were going to try WW again. He didn't do well on it last time but I think my dad is more motivated now. Wedding and all.
