Re: Diet Question

Doing WW. Any diet takes adjustment because at first you are constantly thinking about food, but trust me after awhile it becomes second nature. Even if I don't track my food for a week or two the worst that happens usually is that I stay the same weight. i don't even gain because the habits are embedded.

It does not take a great amount of discipline, money, or time to lose weight. it takes PATIENCE

O Yea.. sorry Jenny Craig!

You have to eat every 3 hours.. im used to only having my three meals a day!

Re: Diet Question

eating every 3 hours is actually way better for you then only 3 meals! It keeps your metabolism constantly going so it can keep burning fat

Re: Diet Question

My older sister did Jenny Craig a few years ago and she dropped around 50 lbs, no exaggeration at all... it was ridiculous!!!!

I have never tried it, but I have had great results with WW in the past.

Good Luck!!

I've done WW and loved it! I'm not doing so great on any diet lately!! Only 3 weeks to go!

Re: Diet Question

I decided to do jenny craig bc i dont want to lose that much weight.. just 10 pounds and i couldn't do it on the WW philosophy... i needed a drastic change
they have a promotion at jenny... one dollar per pound you want to lose plus the cost of food.. which is about 15-18/day but includes 3 meals and 2 snacks which really isnt bad if you think about it...

you have a consultant and a weigh in once a week..

ill let you know if i succeed

I did a special thought ebates for the first 3 months and now I pay $17.95 per month for online. I've lost 20 lbs with the online program and I lost 20 lbs before that following the program on my own
