What is everyone doing to loose some weight? I have gained a few pounds lately and I am not at all happy about it

I agree with no diet. Change your eating lifestyle and it will be better in the long run. I eat 100% organic and that works for me. Read up on nutrition and find what works best for you.

Low carbs and cardio always does the trick... no only if I would follow my own advice

Re: Diet recommendations

when you girls say you did weight watchers, do you mean the point system or is there something else that WW does?

i want to try that, but am not sure which program to go with!

Re: Diet recommendations

i have COMPLETELY changed my lifestyle. i eat better, try and have veggies and fruit, eat slowly so i know when i'm full and i go to the gym as much as i can, with my sisters wedding its been too busy! but, when i was going to the gym 4/5 times and eating better, i lost like 12 pounds in like a month and a half.

No dieting...it's about lifestyle changes! Yo-yoing is so unhealthy, as are fad diets. Check out Skinny *****!

Oops, B*tch gets edited. Anyway, it's really common sense and very eye opening:

Re: Diet recommendations

doing WW's lost 3.8 lbs the first week. Also doing the Jillian Michaels 30-day shred 2x's a week and spinning 2 days a week.

The best thing and hardest thing was giving up diet coke. It makes me eat really bad. Cutting out sugar keeps my appetite under control and eating lots of fiber.

Re: Diet recommendations

Just watching everything that I eat. Keeping high with protein, and low with carbs. I usually just eat some carbs when I'm about to work out... then I am doing the 30 shred just about every day. I'm down 30 lbs so far! YAAY!

WW! I lost almost 40 pounds! It teaches you portion control and the right foods to eat!
