diet up date! (REVISE, FOR THOSE OF YOU LADIES WHO WANT TO KNOW HOW I DID IT AND HOW LOOK IT TOOK HERE YOU GO)

Those of you that have been on LIW as long as I have probblie remeber the weight struggle that I had. I would loose then gain, loose gain etc. Well I just want to report that I have lost 30 lbs and have went down 5 dress sizes. I was a 18 and nown I am a 13 and still have 15 to 20 lbs to loose

I am so proud of myself. I am going to get some one to take a pic of me so I can post it.
I just want to encourage all you ladies that is trying to loose weight... not to give up and push for that goal.
I also would like to thank all you ladies that encouaged me. Ever once in a while I go back and read the posts.

It took me 3 months. I stop eatting meet. For the first two months I just aet vegatables and fruits. That was good but me cholastrol dropped really low and so did my protein level. So I put fish in my diet and started going to a nutrientist and she gave me list of things I need to eat so that I can get get the protein and cholestrol my bidy need. Also I had to put in my head to I am not just doing this for the wedding but BECAUSE IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO GET HEALTHY.

Great job! Keep up the good work...it's a constant struggle but the results are worth it.

that's great! You should be so proud of yourself. And I love that you're doing it to be healthy too, and not just to look slimmer on your wedding day - that way, it'll stay off for a long, long time.
