Dieting brides...

What is your favorite low calorie/low fat food? How do you make it or where do you order it from? I’m trying to lose my cushion for the wedding and I can’t figure out what to eat! I was on ww, so I know about points, but I can’t figure out how to fill my belly with not so many points! HELP!!!

VitaTops (chocolate chocolate chip are my favs)
Yogurt

If you can, stay away from soft drinks and anything with artificial sweeteners as they get metabolized in your liver making it more difficult for your body to burn off the fat. (found that out b/c I have NASH - aka fatty liver disease)

Best of luck!!

Hummus & Veggies
1 can chick peas drained, minced garlic, s&p, lemon juice, chili powder (a pinch) and a drizzle of olive oil. Food processor until desired consistency.

Eggplant salad
poke some holes. bake on 325 for about an hour (foiled pan). let cool. scrape insides into bowl. season with oil, vinegar (i like rice), s/p, and whatever else you're in to.

VitaTops! 1 pt.

Hummus & veggies! 4 tbs is only 2 points and very filling... i buy roasted red pepper (Ceders brand)--its more low cal than other hummus.

Does sugar free chocolate cover peanuts count?

Sorry, I am horrible at dieting, so I stopped the charade.

My new fav is laughing cow cheese on crackers. I'm obsessed, I love it! But I eat a lot of baby carrots and hummus, 100 calorie yogurts and tons of fruit. When I want chips I ear those pop chips which are amazing and only 100 calories per bag.

I found this little baggie of baby carrots and ranch dip that's only 50 cal/pack... also LOVE the vitatops, 1 pt on ww, and smart pop kettle corn popcorn which is low in points too.

I agree on the laughing cow cheese on crackers!!
or to have the same taste but switch it up..
Arnold Flat Breads and 2% Cheese

When I was on WW I also do the carrots, yogurts, lots of fruits and veggies

Fiber One bars.. they are about 140 cal each but they have lots of fiber! They equal 2 WW points.

Breakfast:

Kashi cereal with 2% milk
Vanilla Light and Fit yogurt

Lunch:

Ham or Turkey sandwich on light wheat bread

Sometimes Robeks when I don't have time to make a lunch for myself

Dinner:

Small portions of whatever FH cooks.

Snacks:
