WW is working really well for me too! Plus I love knowing that's it's great for diabetics (parents are both) and for high cholesterol (FH). Plus it's so effortless.
i think Slim Fast was the worst for me. I haven't been on many but that one ******! I was so hungry and gained everything back so fast!
My favorite was the light beer, apples and whole wheat sandwich diet!! that's all i ever ate due to time and i dropped a lot of weight . not healthy at all but hey...it worked!

Re: Diets
I did the slim fast and it worked for me...I am doing it again, but it is so hard for me to stick to it...I have a hard time just drinking a 'shake' and feeling full after it, so its really hard for me not to cheat on it and have a cookie or something...So i am just supplementing my breakfast and half of lunch with a shake and it seems to be helping a bit. Just trying to eat healthy is the main goal right now...
Hardest 'diet' i ever stuck to was the whole anorexic thing...I ate one power bar a day, lost about 40 pounds but gained it all back once i added a tiny amount of food back into my diet...Then once the weight came back on the bulemia thing was interesting...Lets just say I am lucky i met FH when i did, he really helped me through alot and made sure i got all the help i needed...Stupid media and pushing young girls to be stick thin hmph

Oooh Gaby I know how you feel. I forced myself to lose about 30lbs in HS by eating nothing except crackers (dont know why but it made sense in my head). What made it worse was I on the cheerleading team and cheerleaders are 'supposed to be thin'. After HS I started eating normal again and gained it all back and then some. I just recently lost 50lbs (the healthy way) and I feel so much better.
I'm with you on the just trying to eat healthy goal now. Sometimes though I still wish I could just stop eating and lose even more weight It scks to have a low self-esteem!!
