So we still wanna do a bouquet toss, but there aren't alot of single people invited to our wedding. Any ideas of how to do it? We are not doing the whole garter thing. Should we have single ladies and woman married for less than 5 years do it, or just all the ladies? Should we have a prize for it, or just the bo-k....has anyone done something like this before?

oh wow you just made me realize I'm in the same boat! Although at least all my little Jr BMs and my FG and some younger cousins can go....

Someone on this site once posted an idea where when thrown the bo-k would come apart and attached to each piece of bo-k would be a fortune.

Have your florist tie it very loosely and untie it, right before you throw it!

You could just have the bouquet represent good luck or good luck with romance. Then the married & single women can participate.

We are in the same boat. I read a post on another website where a girl made a 'bo-k' of scratch of lotto tickets - so instead of being the next to marry, they had the potential to be the next millionaire
I think it sounds like fun!

I only had like 5 girls out there to catch mine. We still did the garter thing...it was a good time anyway! It would be fun if you could figure something else out, though

I am doing the 'fortune' bo-k.
my florist said that he's done it multiple times. they basically wrap two or three buds together and then tie them all into one big bo-k. Each indivdually wrapped set has a fortune charm or a fortune written onto a ribbon. Right before the bo-k toss you untie the ribbon that wraps them all and then you toss it.
