Different Type of Places

One of my bridesmaid just got engaged. She lives in Cali (her FH is based there), but both her and FH are from Long Island. She looking to have her engagement party but she wants something 'different'. She doesn't want anything fancy, she said she likes the wood look. We have such different taste I figured you girls would be a better help. She has about 60 people. Any help or ideas would be great!!

something different.... 56th Fighter Group is kind of 'wooden' and overlooks the Republic Airport. I am not a big fan of their food, but would still check it out for a 'different' party vibe.
