What is a good digital camera? we have a Nikon now, i'm not sure of the model but its not that great - it doesnt really take CRISP pictures but im pretty sure its a high mega pixel camera....i want something that takes really sharp, crips photos - i dont want anything crazy expensive - i want a small digital camera that takes nice photos - are canons good? my FSIL has a canon that is older than our nikon and i think hers takes better photos....

love my canon power shot. Bought my niece a sony cyber shot and it is equally nice

I love Sonys for everyday use. But if you want like a realllly good camera a Canon DSLR is good. Their a bit big though.

We have a canon pwer shot SD600 - it is about 2 yrs old and it rocks !! Pics are clear, no delay when you push the button. Just make sure you get a rechareable battery.

thats another thing - my camera now is SO SLOW - its like you wait forever when you press the button - i def will check out the canons then! thanks guys!

There is an Olympus that you can take pictures under water. FH and I saw it this past weekend, and the pictures looked like they were coming out great!

The canon's are amazing. I love ours- we got it at Best Buy with the warranty and I have dropped it several times and they have fixed for free each time and one time they actually replaced the camera.

we have a sony cybershot 7.2mp. It takes great clear pics, however, it doesnt seem to have a quick processor b/c it doesnt flash right away. Also, it isnt great in dark settings. I know a lot of ppl love his camera, but its not the best in all settings...JMO and 2 cents hehe it depends on what you are looking for i guess

I have a sony cybershot as well and I love it! mine takes perfect pictures in all settings!! I think it depends on what you have it set to, because my friend has one also and hers often blurs her pictures.

really, i've been taking a lot of pics at weddings lately and when its dark (like 1st dance) it is kinda orangy and blurs.I tried the low light setting and its still blurs..maybe its the movement..or im just a camera spaz haha
