Re: Digital camera help

We have the Canon Powershot - it's about 3 years old. Considered upgrading to the G5 but didn't like the plastic body - ours is the metal/heavier body - the plastic felt kind of cheap.

Re: Digital camera help

We hve an HP that MIL bought DH for Christmas two years ago. It's okay, not great. I think Olympus has nice cameras. That's what my mom has. Canons are good too. Our SLR is a Canon, and so is our digital camcorder.

I just bought the NIkon 4300...goto bizrate.com and they compare cameras & prices. We bought ours online & with a case/extra memory card/lens cleaner we got it for $400...not bad considering retail was close to $500. It is 4 megapixels and easy to operate. :) Good luck!
