Digital vs film photgraphy???

Okay I need some opinions.....I met with T&T Video tonight, I love their videos (he did my matron of Honors and it came out great). Now he told me that they just started doing photography as well. He showed some proofs of weddings and some page layouts that he had put together. They looked great, however he didn't have any actual albums to show me. Now since their just starting out with photography the price sounded good. This was the package:
2 digital photographers 500-700 proofs in a album
shooting style: traditional and candid(photojournalism)
1- 20 page digital photography album with 150 pictures (8x8 or 10x10)
3 parent albums 20 pages 8x8
10- 8x10s
10-5x7s
70 Folded tent thank you cards
all for $3200
