dinner celebration in manhattan ?

looking for nice restaurant that is cozy (not swanky ) good food , service, moderate priced for birthday celebration on saturday night.
any recommendations , please !

I really love Il Buco... hmm, what else.. Teadora on 57th, Rain on 3rd Ave.
