i went for my food tasting there last week and tried the mahi mahi...it was soooo good!! we are putting it on our menu!

i personally do not care for salmon....but i LOVE mahi mahi...yummy

I just sent you FM - we had the mahi mahi and it was well received and I personally had some as well and it was very good. We figured that if you like fish, you will like the mahi mahi. If you are not a fish person you aren't getting it whether it is salmon or mahi mahi anyway!

I also did a simple menu - we put one at each table in a frame. FM me if you want me to send it to you, since a lot of the info could be the same as what you need!

I'd go Mahi Mahi. Think about it......a fish lover would like either (more than likely) and would probably be excited ( I know I would) to see some fish that he/she wouldn't normally get at a wedding. Go for it!
