Dinner with the Cantor tonight

And can I just say, I am nervous!?!?!?! He is a friend of FH's family, but I have never met him. I keep driving FH nuts

Should I wear a skirt
Should i change out of Shorts
should I wear a dress
Do I keep calling him Cantor xxxx, or his first name
Do I need to dress up (meeting is at a diner)
what jewelry is appropriate
what do I say
what do we have to do
etc

I met with the priest last night and I was sooo nervous also. I wore jeans and a nice top and nice flats, I wouldnt get too dressed up or have a too relaxed look. It'll be fine, After I finished with the priest I said to myself I shuldnt have been soo nervous, he was soo sweet.
