Dinners that freeze well??

With the new baby coming and a 3 1/2 yr old in the house and a husband that I'm not sure even knows where the kitchen is, I need some ideas of things that I can make ahead of time and freeze for dinner when things get busy.
TIA!!

chili
beef stew
lasagne
baked ziti
soups (lentil, chicken, bean, minestrone)
sauce with meatballs &/or sausage or plain sauce or a meat sauce
pre make chicken cutlets and freeze or buy pre-prpared cutlets at the supermarket...I've been buying the Tyson ones..10 minutes in the toaster oven and making the Lipton pasta or rice sides (8 minutes) and salads.
Also, look into a crock pot...you prepare in the am, it cooks all day, and it's done at night

Eggplant parm
Spaghetti Sauce (w/meatballs)
Casseroles (as long as they don't include mayo)
Macaroni & cheese

I got this great book as a present --

Once A Month Cooking.
Book

And it's been great. I spend one day in the kitchen. We eat for a month or 6 weeks.

HTH!

I made the labor inducing Eggplant Parm when I was about 40 weeks. It didn't work for me, but the leftovers froze well!
