my hall & church provided direction cards w/maps for me. That was the easiest part of the planning

Your reception hall should provide you with the direction cards. If your guests needs directions from your church to the reception hall then you may have to print the directions yourself.

got ones for the RH and ones from the hotel we blocked rooms at.
one piece of advice I got was that if you get them and they come on heavier card stock, you may want to only send those out to a few 'special guests' and make photocopies on regular paper for the rest. reason was because the weight bumps the invites up to a different postage class.

my question is i have direction cards only from the hotel. my rh doesn't provide them nor does my church. so i was wondering if there was a place i could order them from.

Maybe you can print them up on paper you could fit 4 on one piece of paper![]()

We actually are having them re-printed [at no extra charge] by our invitation store. They are printing the church directions on the opposite side of the RH directions

I'd be VERY surprised if Woodbury Country Club doesn't provided directions!?!?!? They might not have a map on them, but they should definitely have a printed card they can give you. I would try calling them again if I were you.

Do you mean that they are printing the church directions on the back of the cards that The Woodlands gave you, or you are having all new 2-sided cards printed up using a copy of the official Woodlands card? I was wondering if a printer would be willing to print on the back of an already printed directional from the RH.

Yuppp! In my invitiation I put all of the normal invite stuff- plus a hotel block card, church directions, and RH directions.. The mailing cost was still the same :)

We did ours ourselves. I got some nicer paper (not as thick as card stock, but thicker than regular paper) and did them double sided. One side contains directions to the church and the other has directions to the RH. I also put in the hotel card. I was able to get four sets of directions on one page, and did the copying at my office. (shhh, don't tell!).

I don't love the direction cards the hall gave me, but I am now doing pocketfold invites so I needed another layer anyway. So I am printing them out myself, with a map on the back.
