I live in the city and don't really know my way around LI. I'm making my direction cards for our invitations and Danford's tells people to take the Nicholls Road exit off the LIE, but on a map it looks like taking the 112 exit would be easier.
Does anyone know this area? I'd love some simple directions to Danfords for all of my OOT guests.

Take Exit 63. Make a left onto North Ocean Avenue/County Road 83 going North. Take that until you get to the intersection of 112 (there is a Hess station on your right) make a left onto 112. Take 112 all the way down to the end (at some point it becomes Main St in Port Jefferson) and then make a right at the end and you will see Danford's right there.
I grew up in Miller Place and exit 63 (N. Ocean) is quicker than exit 64 (112). Less lights. Hope that helps!
