Disappointed

I ordered matches with an 'S' monogram and the monogram looks nothing like an 'S.' My FH and mother didn't even know what it was:( It looks so random.

I know they are just matchbooks but it sucks:(

DEF write the email- no harm in that.

But if they can't help you, then you could go and get those thick monogram stickers- you know the circle ones that are made to close envelopes? And pop one of those bad boys on.

Or you could go find lable type paper, but in a small circle or square, (I am sure avery has something like that) and then you can print it out EXACTLY the way you would have liked it to look.

Try writing to them and see if there is something they can do. I hope it works out!

Yeah, it was from the knot.

definitely contact them. see if you can get a refund!
maybe they can at least give you a credit

I'm sorry :( S is a difficult letter, I find a lot of them look like P's.

I agree with previous posters, try contacting the company and see if they can refund you some money
